My name is Kenny and I’m a former fat guy who used to weigh 260lbs.

I’m not a copywriter so I won’t woo you with a slick use of words, perfectly placed hooks, and peppered in call to actions.
What I will do is tell you my story with pictures and what I’m offering in a brief and hopefully entertaining manner.
The Origin Story
Growing up I was a pretty normal kid. My parents moved here from China and had me shortly after. Looking back I think I was pretty damn cute.
As I got older I discovered the world of video games and nacho cheese chalupas from Taco Bell.
Soon my days were spent killing other players online while duel wielding a video game controller and taco bell’s finest.
Years of this training led me to becoming the biggest stud East of the Mississippi river.
After years of self pity, self loathing, and lack of self confidence, something snapped inside of me and I decided to lose the weight.
I told my mom I’m going to lose weight and asked if she could co-sign me up for a gym. She agreed and we hopped in the Honda (what do you expect?) and I signed up for my first gym membership.
All the success stories I saw on television took before pics so I did too so that when the time came for multi million dollar television commercials came, I’d be ready (I seriously thought this).
*fast forward through massive amounts of trial and error + years of treading water and trying different things.*
I finally made it.
tl;dr: I used to be fat and am no longer fat.
I’ve gone through just about every diet there is out there.
As for exercise I’ve done everything from power lifting programs to bro bodybuilding splits.
There are things I wish I had known before that I know now.
- Going super low carb will make you feel like crap and isn’t necessary.
- Intermittent fasting doesn’t work for everyone despite me forcing it upon myself.
- Body weight exercises can give you tremendous gains.
